call to power 1.21 hack wont install on my laptop, please help!

Hi, when ever I try to download/install 1.21 hack for call to power a error pops up on my laptop and it forces me to exit the setup. how do I fix this? what do I need to do to fix this?

install patch and hack patch as admin

do you have install the basic game on c? not other letter driver

I don't know, how do I find that out or know? I do have a c drive and in programs there is a actavision file. In the activision, call to power file there is a play game thing, I run it as administrator and that's how I am able to play the game. if you mean by other driver the d drive, yes but I don't use that to play the game, I use the c drive

start again.
1. delete everything ( call to power)
2. make a clean on c. drive
3. install original patch 1.2 as admin
4. install hack patch 1.21 as admin

if I clean my C. drive will I loose what's on it? I have important stuff on here that I don't think I want to delete

not format, only delete call to power. every file of call to power
