Legal Eagle
One of my cities has had it's production shut down. There's a message that says "production halted in due to legal action" or some such. There's a little animation on the city of paper swirling around and the icon on the left is of a hand handing someone a piece of paper. Any help? Please.

Lawyers are filing injunctions against your city. It will stop production for one turn.
Locate the lawyers by either running into them with another unit, or with a lawyer of your own. You can't expel a lawyer with a Military unit, you have to use another lawyer and sue his ass. Then he doesn't bother you no more. I *think* it costs about 500 gold.
I'm at the recieving end of one these jokers right now in one of my PBEM games.
