CTP Scenarios and Multiplayer

Good Day to all,
2 questions:
1. Where can I get hold of some Civ CTP Scenarios, there seem to be loads about for civ 2 but cant find any for call to power.
2. What do I have to do to get a multiplayer game going? Anyone interested?
