In the next months I am going to make my own German Civilization: Call to Power-Page. Now my question. May I use maps, mods, patches and so on and may I translate news and strategies for my page?

On file creations: we ask that you contact the authors directly prior to making them available from your site.

On news: as long as the source of the item is credited visibly on the page -- which would be us anytime you mirrored one of our articles -- and a link is also provided to the source's website, then this is acceptable.
