I don't really care for the power graph. It's good for a quick reference, but (as far as I understand) it's based mainly on production so it favors socialist style governments. There has been several times when I have won a solo game while my rank on power graph was low. In solo games winning is based on civ points.Fruity Oaty Bars! Make a man out of a mouse!
