They're not settings. They're agreements whether or not to use aspects of the game which remain ambiguous as to whether they are legitimate or not.

Jamaica is taken by Mieciofok as Bob(from jamaika) and Irich are too taken, by me, as St. Patrick.
So, does it matter what civ you play or can I put any civ to you?
