China and Egypt has gone to war. Russia is NOT happy with this.
In order to protect my ally, the under-developed chinese, I ordered a small-scale attack on Egypt this evening. No cities have been taken - that was not a goal.

The Government today confirmed "WAR"
In a statement released today by the state department Incan government build up on our borders did not go unnoticed and dispite years of peaceful co exsistance they continued to build forces on our common DMZ.
We will not wait for thier first strike as this could be the only reason for the build up. Tanks and assorted equipment were massing on the border.
We took the opition to end that threat. We urge peace with our nieghbor but it seems they continue to push for war. We urge all nations to stop trading and tech advancements to this war mongering nation.
Should we see this exchange take place it will be seen as an act of war against our nation...
