Hi. When playing on Emporer, I launched an all out offensive on the Mongols. Nukes, Bombers, Interceptors, you name it I had it. But then... I suddenly ran out of gold, My population rioted and I was being pushed back on all fronts. How can I stop this from happening again?

You have to keep your income up - most likely you didn't have enough trade, and/or you built buildings which were not economic. You could also lower your wages slider, and compensate with one of the others, or switch to a more lucrative government (Democracy, Corporate Republic, Virtual Democracy).
Note that units do not use up any of your gold, only production - you only lose gold to crime, wages and building maintainance, so having a large army is not a problem. -
So what your saying is... destroy the city wall when I have forcefield, and keep those trade routes up
