  • Active Air Defence

    Ok here is the scenario:

You have space fighters they have space fighters. Theirs are in their cities and ready to defend and in space above their cities ready to defend. When you approach their Zoc in space no active defense. When you drop out of space (space fighters) no active defense goes off. When you move in their Zoc after descending no air defense goes off.

Ok now with a nuke active air goes off, with a space plane active defense goes off both in space and after descending.

Why? You would think active air defense would include all units coming into your Zoc. This holds true for war walkers also they do not shoot at space fighters but everything else they do, why?

I will continue to play test this with other air units to see what happens.

    Makes no sense really.

    Or do we?

note the space part infront of walkers, and air infront of defense. They shoot air units, not space ones.
