chat screen

hey anyone know how to handel the chat screen thats available in multiplayer?

i droped my keyboard and a in game chat screen came up, i dont know the key combo Scorpin!Scorpin!

Press apostrophe - ' - to bring the chat window up. When the window has focus close it by hitting enter with no message, and when it does not by pressing ' again.
