floppy disq

I downloaded all those scenarios ,maps,mods and other things for ctp on a floppy disq.I konw that I can download it directly.That's not the answer I'm looking for.
My question is:
Than what?
When I download everything on the floppy disq,where am I supossed to put all those downloaded files so they can work?
