How to PBEM?
How do you actually start a pbem game? I can get in the menu, but I can't figure out how to join the games and make one... does anybody have an in-depth explanation?

You can't 'join' a PBEM game - One person makes the game (pressing PBEM game, choosing options and hitting launch), putting in the civ / leader name preferences for all the other players. Then that player plays the first turn.
As each player ends their turn a save game will be put on their desktop which they should e-mail to the next player to load and play their turn, and so on.
