The Altera Centauri collection has been brought up to date by Darsnan. It comprises every decent scenario he's been able to find anywhere on the web, going back over 20 years.

-Wondering if anyone was interested in modifing CtP I to include the city setup with borders and all from CtP II, so that CtP I plays with borders (somehow transfering the city/border files from CtP II to CtP I); I think it would make it the ultimate Civilization game.
Sorry, that isn't possible without seriously hacking the source code. I don't think anyone would ever go that far if you can also just buy a copy of CtP2...
