apolyton mod targa file load prob

I am currently using ctp and have download the apolyton mod. the mod loaded fine and I have even been able to play a few turns until I have built a unit (any unit). Once the unit is built ctp stops and I get a "targa load file not found". Why is this occuring and how can I correct the problem?

Look's like the mod isn't installed properly.
How you installed it ?
