Ok how can we help here as the moderator of some of your games if you email me your quick slick breifs I am sure no one would care if I handled your turns for a bit.

Other than that email me any time with your chit no biggy. I have big ears and a mute voice, if you know what I mean.

Kiss and hug your wife tomorrow is another day and no matter what your child will always love you two that is a given and the pillar of your lives together:0)

Thanks guys! It's quite reassuring to come to work, log in to 'poly, and see these messages of well-wishes... I really appreciate it and the advice will be taken to heart.

I've sent out all the turns that were piling up last night... for those of you who have already played through, just ignore them... blackice, I'll try to assemble some kind of thing like that when I have the chance.

As far as financial matters are concerned... after grocery shopping which we desperatly had to do, it wasn't too fun to see that thanks to her pay cut we're strapped for cash until my check... but I suppose I won't go into financial matters all that much here...

Economically, the area I'm in, fortunately, hasn't been hit very hard yet... part of the problem is that my wife's manager doesn't realize how to manage money very well... and thus when she makes a poor decision the rest of the staff (including my wife) suffers.

She's looking for a new job.

Our son is a blessing though... he slept through the entire night last night, which helps, but this weekend he seemed extra grateful that his parents were able to play with him all day... and fortunately we wore him out enough that we were able to get homework, housework, and paperwork done while he slept.

Things are looking a lot better after a restful weekend, but just going to have to tighten the belt further and, for me to stop handing out pity pie...

However, to make a long post short... I may still need some subs for my less active games... but just knowing I've got my friends at 'poly wishing me luck really helped.

I didn't have time this morning to play all the turns in my basket (the Quinn-turns takes long time for the moment as the game is rather hot (for me) ).

Following turns will be played in about 8 hours:
Midway turn 150
Lung Challenge turn 75
Let There Be Rock turn 74
Rickety Dual Challenge turn 7/8

Sometimes in the morning when opening the mailbox, this thought hits you: I might have joined more games than I can handle! But then again - the 1-1½ hour I have in the morning flies away as it was only some few minutes.

BTW - All turns played yesterday afternoon.

My son is doing great... he'll probably be crawling in time for Christmas (and ready to pull the tree apart) while my better half was able to negotiate a raise after a month and a half so she's back up to where she was working.

If it wasn't for the fact that she likes working with our son (she's the supervisor of the infant/toddler room of our daycare) she'd have gone off to find another job, but that wasn't needed after all.

Then as far as school goes, papers, papers, papers

Then, of course, my Internet connection at home is screwing up... though I can't complain too much since it's something "free" (I use the term loosly) from my Uni...

Turns are delayed until tonight, therefore...

but it's working now, my wife is actually on IM with me at the moment since we had a lot of snow and these people down here don't get snow enough to know what to do with it the daycare has been closed.

Back where I'm originally from we would have never heard of such nonsense (Iowa/Minnesota) though I bet you can kind of empathize there, blackice.

I'm not stressed or nervouse at all... nope nope nope!
