I ´ve just begun playing this game, but seem to have lost both my manual and the poster with all the advances on it. Does anyone know if the tech-tree(and manual) is available on the internet?

You don't need it. All information you need are on the civilopedia you can access by the main menu during the game.

This is bad for you to lost your manual and your poster, few time after buying the product...
