Patch&Music problem during the game?

After I set up apylton patches1,2 and addon during the game it does not play the music,the sounds-effects are working but music is not.
How can I solve this?

I'm not sure about your particular problem.

However, I problem I've had is that even though I can play the music, I can't adjust it's volume: some sort of bug in the game with my drivers or something, I don't know. It's very annoying. I ended up just turning off the music all together and just playing some of my own music.

The music with the game gets old after a while anyway.

Just hit the play button on your cd player, then music will start. Someone explained it to me once, something about the music still being playable on the CD-rom

Never had problem with the music.

Only after I open a Multiplayer (PBEM) save file music on the preferences is automatically turned off.

Can't think of anything unless you opened (double click) a saved file without entering the CD-ROM in the drive.
