Sorry dont think there is such a thing. You can make one yourself with the cheat option tho.

That is for ww2 european senario only.

That is for ww2 units of course you would then have to make the senario yourself.

I always thought it was interesting how WWII scenarios almost always cover only Europe. I mean, it wasn't called a WORLD war for nothing.

Of course I know I can make the senario by myself.
But to make a WORLD (i'm agree with you J Bytheway) map and prepared it for a WW2 scenario takes a LOT of time... sigh.
So, for this reason I'm asking for it.

If you know anyone that did it, tell me.

I never tested it, but it is very probably that you can use the /importmap feature in CTP1, too. You should only hope that the text format maps are identic.
