Gold and the genetic age.

When ever you get in the genetic age how are you going to buy those thngs like nukes and wait 100 or 200 turns?! Rush buy costs like 5000, I mean wtf? Why have those units if they are practicaly impossible to buy?

Huh?? Any decent genetic age city should be able to build a nuke in less than 5 turns. Even a city on 1 population on a grassland/river on King in Tyrrany with Mill/Factory/Drug store/Robotic plant/Oil refinery can build it in 22. Once you're up to the 20s population you should be able to build it in a turn or at worst two easy by setting max production. How big are your cities? Do you have the production improvements?

And, 5000 is not a lot in the genetic age, is it?

Well I got the game 2 weeks ago and i'm not that great. I can't even work cheat mode so when I get in the genetic age things aren't gonna go right anyway.
