    Paul, Keygen:

    Thanks for the ideas

I have some time today to work on what's left. And it's (slowly) getting there

--Oh, if anyone would like samples, for their own games or whatever, before I post the whole thing (it might be another week before it's ready), let me know.

hmmmmm.... Sadly Australia has never really had any notable leaders. I don't think they could be called "leaders" as such anyways. But one prime minister that would be ggod to include woul be Bob Hawke. You can find him in the guinness book of records for the fastest beer scull. What a champ!

I did some research and found a couple of more leaders for you, most from the coutries you still need. One or two suggetions came from my friend again. There's plenty of Aussies and Fins on the OT, so maybe you should post there too? I have photos for some of these, if you need those, let me know and I'll email/post them (don't have much time right now).

          Ireland
Micheal Collins (I'm surprised you didn't came up this one yourself, Tom, they even made a movie about the guy a few years ago)
          Eamon de Valera
          Arthur Griffith
          Mary Robinson

          Iraq
          Faysal I
          Nuri as-Sa'id
          'Abd al-Ilah

          Ethiopia
          Menilek I
          Zoskales
          Lalibela
          Caleb
          (Makeda/Queen of Sheba)

          Persia
          Xerxes
Muhammed Reza Pahlevi (the last sjah)

          India
Rajaraja the Great (according to Discovery Channel the greatest warrior India ever produced, built lots and lots of temples and stuff too)

            lmao!

That's hilarious--reminds me of Klein (Alberta Premier)

Sure, hey, that's fine--now we just need three or four more for the Aussies, preferably older ones. Thanks

            IM:

You have read my mind once more
I had just come across a pic of him yesterday, but I was too bogged down from other stuff and forgot to refrsh the list.

Hey, BTW, one of the other times you did was about Apolyton Leader pics...I had had a similar idea--but that would require some real organization to collect all those pics and find out what backgrounds, flags, whatever, everyone wants--as well, someone with a less notorious reputation around here might want to post something on that theme ; plus, depending on how many would participate, I'd need a lot of help.

            Loc:

Hey, deece, man. Thanks for those
Yes, I do recall a movie now that you mention it...who was in that...I can't recall his name--Liam Ne...something? Neison? Guy from Schindler's List, Phantom Menace. Was that the movie, or am I a stark raving lunatic?

Well, that would almost complete the list

I am too. Micheal Collins the rebel. The one who fought for the independancy of Ireland.
              Nice movie too

And Xerxes? The one who started the Persian Wars!

And I see you don't have many Byzantine leader although they are many! I'll try to find some. Some that are comming in my head right now I don't know how they are called in English. Soon...

Hey...been away, but now I'm back. Whoa, this is turning into one big-ass mod! Looks like another week before it's done--there're *many* others I have to make...

                Keygen:

Yes, I had thought the same thing and found a bunch of rulers for Byzantium.

Well, suggestions are still welcome--however, I cannot guarentee they'll get into the mod due to the size restrictions, and the work involved, so they will be taken into consideration.
If there's one who you feel should be included, *please* say why and *please* send a pic, okay? Being pressed for time, I can't spend as much time searching for data on the leader (as I am, by far, no histroy expert ) *and* a decent picture *and* a decent background....
Thanks (!) to those who made all the suggestions--trust me, it saved me about two weeks of work!

                TTYL,

                T.

                  How typical of french egotism.

The interesting thing about Charlemagne is that he is considered the first GERMAN emperor here in Germany, while the french also claim him. The fact that France and Germany only got split YEARS after him would make including him... awkward.

                    Rubbduck:

Yes, after seeing that name so close to "Charlemagne," I was immediately curious, searched for (*many*) hours and there were no results for a "Charles Magne;" thus, I surmized that this must be Charlemagne...and I wondered why one would want him for France (alone), or for Germany for that matter--as you say, he was the ruler of both regions. So, since his empire was indeed the Holy Roman Empire--stretching over much of Europe--I chose to keep him there. Anyone wanting him for France or Germany or Italy or Switzerland or even Hawaii, hey, happy trails to ya!

I'd thought you'd have yourself borg-ified in your avatar by now

                            Hey, Hex...

                            How's it going?

Ah, I knew someone would figure that out
Well, there's no way I could finish this up *that* quickly
                            Hmm... unless someone helps
Otherwise it may still be a week at least

Nordicus, in which folder do you put the diplomat's photo?
And where can I find the original diplomat photos?
Are they into a zfs file?
