I e-mailed Wes about a technical problem I am having with his Med Mod 4.0 pak for Civilization: Call to Power. 
I was following his troubleshooting process when I reached an impasse -- he stated in one of the steps that I need to install V1.21 Hack. Where the hell do I find this on the Internet to download?? Search engines have not been any help.
Although I e-mailed Wes himself, I'm waiting to see if I can get a quicker response on this forum. He suggested in his readme troubleshooting file to post on the Med Mod 4.0 Public Release thread, but I could not find it using the Archive search.
