What is the best way to go about obtaining a list of Advances with prerequisites, post-requisites, science costs, etc?
I found a text file with some of the information and sort of parsed it and imported it into a spreadsheet but have discovered that the science costs are not accurate or they must be modified, not only by the DiffDB parameters but there must be other parameters influencing depending on what difficulty level you play at and what year or turn you are at in the game.
Any advise would be appreciated...
