Help! tAC-ctp.exe not working!

i just recently downloaded and installed CTP1 and when i tried to open a new game, it shut down and asked "put your call to power CD in your CD-ROM drive."
so i tried to open tAC-ctp but again failed because the version isn't compatible to windows 7 pro.
can anyone solve this?please help! i really want to play this game! :desire:

Can you run it in compatibility mode?

tAC-ctp.exe is a 16 bit program, which will NOT run on a 64 bit version of windows. 16 bit programs will only run on a 32 bit OS or in XP compatibility mode.
