Edit a saved game

I need to edit a saved game to change the player who host a multiplayer game but I could not find any documentation about the format of a ctp saved game. Do you have any information about it?

Wait, I may have misread that, does anyone have the save?

If so then two people may launch and the player will be overlooked each turn, It has been awhile, but you should be able to have everyone leave the game once it is loaded and start next turn and it "should" show you as host
