  • LAN multiplayer problem

    Hi.

I have recently installed a LAN in the house and am trying to set up a multiplayer game between two computers.

Using the TCP/IP LAN option, both computers will enter the lobby, but do not see each other on the list of players.
However, when one player creates a game the other can see the game and attempt to join it, but the game is shown as 1 player and a window with "game full" is returned.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Just asking, you do have "Dynamic join" turned on?

I too had this problem once I left WIN98 to go to WINXP

Maybe someone in CTP Help will know, try posting there and perhaps we can get this figured out

Thanks for the reply. I have tried with dynamic join on. The only difference it makes is it will allow me to start a "1 player" multiplayer game with it on but not with it off as I have no opponent. I shall repost in the help forum.
