How do you combat Clerics?

I have been playing this game since the beginning but need help on Clerics!

When my people get converted, what am I to do to "unconvert them"?

Seems like someone told me once but, being old, I get forgetful!

Any military unit inside the city can "unconvert" (i.e. reform) the city. Just activate a military unit inside the city and use the "Reform City" icon (if you have the 1000 gold for that).
