strange thing here. I can now get to this point, but each time until it successfully blocks the pop-up it takes about 1 minute. however only on this one is it still freezing. so this time I just let it sit and see what would happen and it took 8 minutes to load this page. you can hear a sound when my system blocks the pop-up, so I know when it is doing it.
