In my opinion it is too early to adopt Vista. Many games won't play correctly or not at all, other popular software not fully compatible yet and several drivers, including nvidia forceware, are poorly implemented.

Personally I would not install Vista before mid April, early May when most likely popular software, drivers and latest games will be fully compatible with Vista.
