wow glad hear it feel beter, and yea it will be sore and stiff for a while, but the more you get up and move and stretch the faster it will feel better once they want you to start doing that.

yeah, got about a 50 cent size swollen area just to right of my incision, about1/4" high. tender and warm, i have follow up on Monday, just real tender. wwalking is correct, no matter how great it feels

yea most I know they have them moving around not sitting back and resting. they say it really hurts to move around a lot and it makes the area sore, but that is suposed to make it heal faster. Not the way they used to handle it. How long before you do physical therapy or are they doing that? If not you might want to ask for a little, it really helps you get back to normal faster. Some doctors say it is not necessary and some disagree, but most will still prescribe it if you ask. ken
