First of all Slavers aren't military units. Nor are diplomats. If you read the terms of the treaty it specifically states that military units will not enter the demilitarized zone.

With that in mind, will you remove your archer which is stationed on the border. This is a direct violation of the treaty and could be seen as an act of aggression.

I havn't violated the treaty in anyway. The treaty never mentioned boats.

The border is only on land, and stops at the beaches.

Diplomats are not spies. Spies are spies.

Slavers are not military units. they are special units like diplomats and clerics, etc.

We never agreed not to tresspass. The treaty only refered to military units.
