Does anyone know if the city improvement "forcefield" (also provided by the wonder National Sheild) with it's +12 to defense is cumulative with the city wall of +4 for a total of +16?

I would think so but no evidence anywhere to substantiate my theory

for a mill is 50% then a factory then oil refinery then drug store and so on are all cumulative

    That would be my guess

but then when you build a roadway even though the railroad is instantaneous you dont get the 1/3rd and another 1/5th movement cut for a total of 1/8th you simply get the 1/5th for the rr

    hmm

been playing the game since it came out and never had this asked

    Hats off my friend

I'm not a hundred percent sure, but i'm thinking that as units advance more, kinda like in the original game, they begin specifing that their attack is unaffected by city walls. Furthurmore, there is a status in the battle screen at the top right that indicated fortification & defense bonus. One might possibly deduce the affect, cummulative or otherwise from those figures.

      Hope that helps,
