getting cargo on a space plane

Hey,
I know how to launch my units in space and everything. but I cant figure out how to get units on a space plane as cargo? I know where the cargo button is but I cant figure out how to get the units on it. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Note to Apolyton/Forum moderator: I almost missed this thread, it was not indicated as a new/unread thread. But it was when I returned to the forum.

cmeats, put the units to sleep in the city or on the airbase and they will be loaded when the space plane leaves.
