No. He is a former Welsh citizen, who packed down his home during the early days of the war between Wales and Rome. Came from the area near Pontypridd, sailed cross the ocean to the coastline north of Arbulla, walked through the desert/plains and passed the cities of Lincoln, London1 and later Cambridge1.

A long way to go indeed.
