Help!! CSG games under Win XP SP2

I found a solution close to the one mentioned above.
1. Remove all .csg entries in register.
2. Start a saved single player game in CTP. Could work with new single player game also.
4. Quit the the single player game.
5. Double click on the PBEM game. Voila! It worked!
