I am sorry to see a good game go away...but as victory is the objective, I guess there is no other logical ending. I thought for a while there I would be behind the whole game. Took a chance and settled far afield, and got lucky there were no pressing attacks from other quarters.

Yes, set up the new game. Sounds like fun. Any other different rules other than the peace for "X" turns (what will X be, BTW?) and 4 civs each?
