do you think you could build any closer to my civ?
it doesnt bode well when developing nations are establishing relationships
But nothing to war over..just t figure why you had to build so early, overlapping my city radius?
as for the Hurricane it is making a start at landfall just south of us we are under Hurricane warnings and a Tornado just touched down about 30 minutes from us..
