I sent the turn to jkl. Hope I did everything ok.
I have a couple trivia questions for you more experienced players (if you have the time or inclination to answer). 1) Isn't there a way to disband a city and end up with a settler? I can't seem to figure out how to do that. 2) What does it mean when the "health" bar of your unit is always low and doesn't seem to regenerate? How do you "fill up"? Sleep?
Looking forward to the next turn.

a fully healed unit will only ever have the maximum health allowed.
you somehow influence that maximum via the F4 unit menu by setting your troops on PEACE, ON ALERT or AT WAR status.
only AT WAR will allow units to use the full health bar. PEACE will use half the bar it seems to me. ON ALERT will do that too, but it will rise more quickly if you go to AT WAR later on. if you go from PEACE to AT WAR directly, it will take longer.
governments are said to have an influence on that speed, but i havent noticed it yet. i think the maximum time to full healthiness that ive ever noticed is 20 turns.
injuries are healed automatically according to these rules:
resting a unit (=letting it sit on its square without moving at all) will usually regenerate 1/10 of the health bar per resting turn.
resting a unit inside a city will heal it up to the max health level in one turn.
these healings occur at the end of your turn.
moving a unit onto a fortress will heal it to the max level at the beginning of your next turn.
doesnt make a difference for defense, but is very useful for offense.
oh, and please CC your turn to me... resending this one to me will be usefull too.Baal: "You dare mock me ?"
O'Neill: "Baal, c'mon, you should know ... Of course I dare mock you."
