Pave, if you just read Hatschy's message too late I would have suggested that you simply agree to disband the city again on the next turn.
In this case, since you have already replayed the turn, if this is the only thing you've done differently, I think it's okay to continue with the replayed turn.
If the original turn happens to have already been sent onward by several people it may be better, however, to stick with the disbanding plan.
