Request: Need original government.fli file

I really need original government.fli file (or something like that, forgot the real name).
It's in ctp\ctp_data\default\aidata folder.

The thing is that I have no CTP1 currently installed, but I need to quickly made a MOD for my friend tomorrow, which changes to AI choices for govenments.

So if anybody has CTP1 installed please help me and post the file.

I think this is the file you want: set_govern.fli.

I have renamed it to set_govern.txt, just rename the extention back to "fli".

Thanks, I really needed it so I could set AIs to switch to theocracy.

By the way, is your file modified?
Since it has CON_MONARCHY on the list.

I guess it's the only chanage from original.
Right?
