Request: Need original government.fli file

I really need original government.fli file (or something like that forgot the real name).
It's in ctp\ctp_data\default\aidata folder.

The thing is that I have no CTP1 currently installed, but I need to quickly made a MOD for my friend tomorrow, which changes to AI choices for govenments.

So if anybody has CTP1 installed please help me and post the file.
