I've gone back to CTP after a couple of years, only to find that the Cheat Mode doesn't seem to work as I remember it. Before, I could increase the size of a city at will. Now I can't seem to do it. Before, the 'show map' button would give me the whole map in the small window plus all units and cities in the main window. Am I missing something, or did I have a patch before? Any help would be appreciated.

Reload it. I can assume it has been corrupted.

You're probably missing the v1.2 patch now. That patch added a proper cheat menu. Download it again and things should look more familiar
