World Report Install problem

I installed the world report program. During the game, it pops up like it is supposed to, but its data fields are not listing the data (but they are listing the data field ID's)

i.e. It is showing

[world_cities.value] Cities

instead of

16 Cities


Any one else have this problem?

Go into ctp_program\ctp\userprofile.txt and set DebugSlic to Yes.

Ok, after doing that, now it doesn't even pop up anymore. Is there something i'm doing wrong?
