      Call me Paveies of Greeks.
The Chuck Norris military unit was not used in the game Civilization 4, because a single Chuck Norris could defeat the entire combined nations of the world in one turn.

I can email the Apolyton pack to everyone, but you must have an inbox that can receive a 4 M file. If you want me to email please let me know the email address you want me to send the file to

I would like the scenario and I will be The Native Americans and my leader will be Nukeheart
Let me explain something to you..... I'm the Dude. So that's what you call me. You know, that or, uh, His Dudeness, or uh, Duder, or El Duderino if you're not into the whole brevity thing. - The Big Lebowski(1998)

I must not have been a good host. I was nuked first

Have you tried putting it in a zip file and sending it to this thread using the upload selection above with the "control panel | search | faq | new posts | my threads | upload..." links?

Sorry folks, but I thought everyone's goal was to win the game .

The reason why I took your city first had nothing to do with your hosting (btw thanks for doing that and thanks to berXpert and Nukeboy for playing too). I simply made a roundtrip in space to all cities when I had my first space plane. I made that trip in a counter-clockwise direction. My intent was to find, nuke and occupy berX's city first, since he had some interesting wonders (Edison's, the Internet ...), but I looked at the tech-transfer diplomacy screen before I tried. I saw that he already had the knowledge of space flight. So I guessed he had built SDI, rendering impossible this approach (I didn't want to waste a nuke for trying). So I continued my trip and reached Nimrod's city. Aboard the space plane were two marines. As it turned out, it was unnecessary to nuke the city, since the first marine, which I sent out for testing, managed to take out the two ancient units guarding the city. So I had two intact cities, a space plane with a marine and a nuke (actually I had a nuke for each of the other cities at turn 110, but I decided it was much more fun to use them together with the space plane, which I didn't have at that time). The next logical step was to conquer Nukeboy's city. And with three cities vs. one victory is only a matter of time.

Conclusion: Never let one player get Quantum Physics and Advanced Composites long before you have it in a One City Challenge type game .

                Have fun with OCC 2!

Its too bad you will not be playing in OCC II. I'm looking forward to playing the game from start to finish.

After downloading and reviewing the pack, I think it is a highly feasable option. In for me.

FlameFlash of the Native Americans please.

I'd rather not do scenario and just play with the one city and later sea cities and space cities if we even get that far.
I'm not conceited, conceit is a fault and I have no faults...

Civ and WoW are my crack... just one... more... turn...

                            i tried the scenario pack.

im having problems both with starting PBEM games (it wont go beyond the screen where you choose names, civs and addresses) and with reloading a SP game (it gives a bunch of error messages and either doesnt load or some features of the scenario are simply "forgotten", e.g. that trade goods should give 5 instead of 10)
