Ok, Paul is the my new partner. I will talk with him tonight about setting up the game (blue).

I agree with 30% land and I don't mind the diversity (although Paul will have to agree with both). I would veto the AI but once again, will discuss it with Paul. I also agree with using a gigantic map.

      My email is j_rustad@telus.net

What about reducing island/continent to 40% (from 50%)?

Also, what wonders would you like to veto (if any)? I would be game to remove them all (except the 2 must keeps), but that is just my playing style.

Would you be interested in playing "ruins only" as well as modifing for removing the ruins from the game? If not, no big deal.

its fine for me to go without wonders, except the two.
island/continent slider is fine with me at 40%.

as for ruins, id rather keep them as they are.
Baal: "You dare mock me ?"

                Summary

Ok, so I will ask Paul to set up the game today with the following settings:
gigantic, pollution on, bloodlust off, 100gold, 1 settler, diety, restless tribes, doughnut, 4 4 3 4 10 8, wonders excluded (except for eman. and worm.), no unit exclusions.

Did I miss anything? Anyone for pollution off?

                          @Paul

how about our 1x1 game ?
i am to start, i insist on standard settings (to get started), so the question remains which wonders to ban.

i start out with Labyrinth and wait for your first choice.

sending the first turn to you in a few moments.

please tell me your banned wonder(s) before or along with sending the turn back !
Baal: "You dare mock me ?"
O'Neill: "Baal, c'mon, you should know ... Of course I dare mock you."

turn 0 to Paul of the Americans.
sorry, started the game without realizing you're playing the Polynesians in the other game.

is it still okay for you, Paul ?
Baal: "You dare mock me ?"
O'Neill: "Baal, c'mon, you should know ... Of course I dare mock you."

1x1 game turn 1 to Paul.
he asked for London (Exchange) to be excluded.
                              i add Edison's Lab then.
Baal: "You dare mock me ?"
