ok, i only remember "somewhere in february".

but cant you just use 1.2. instead of 2/1 to denote the first of february like other people do ?

hmm..in America..where I am from we use the month-day-year..i.e. 2-1-2005..like FEBRUARY 1, 2005..but in the military we used 1 FEBRUARY 2005 style except when numerical then we used 2-1-05..hope this helps out!
