try reloading the turn.
if that doesnt help, try saving the turn without reloading it.
that sounds like a bug that usually occurs during a single player game, but sometimes also during multiplayer email games, and can usually be solved by simply saving the turn.

some things are just simple

for what ever reason my mouse settings changed by itself

made it left click and everything is right in the world
