"Could not add primary video stream to AMStream" video error

Does somebody get "Could not add primary video stream to AMStream" video adapter error dialog, every time one tries to access great library?

Vide Adapter ATI Rage 128, 32M memory last driver form ATIis installed, Direct X 9.0a is installed, OS is WinME.

Never heard of the error, but you can probably work around it by turning off Great Library movies in the options.
