Infastructure and Capitalization.

Is there any way to modify the effects of these two things. I've been looking through the files but I haven't run into anything except what advance enables them.

There are some lines in govern.txt dealing with this, but I don't know if they work or not. There may be something in const.txt as well.

I'm just trying to find any files that would allow you to alter ratio's, e.g. production to pw or production to gold. Thanks btw to WesW, I'll check those files out.

In govern.txt there are the variables INFRASTRUCTURE_COEFFICIENT and CAPITALIZATION_COEFFICIENT. I guess that's what you are looking for.
