Alert when starting war

In a recent game I started a war with another civ by accident. What I really missed was a popup box telling me : 'You are not currently at war with the (civ name). Would you like to start a war with them now ? (yes) (cancel)'.

Is this possible in SLIC ? Has anyone done this alredy ?

I think it is, but I'm not sure. I'll take a look at it as soon as I have finished everything I'm working on right now. Could be a while, but doing even more at the same time is simply too much. Maybe someone else has more time on his hands?
