Enhanced Awesome AIPs

I have a suggestion I would like to throw out. Take Thomas' advice. Keep the AwesomeAIPs V1 changes geared towards the Internal AI improvements and release it. You then can release an Enhanced AwesomeAIPs v2 which includes the new personality types, new units, new governments, etc. This is a good mod but it keeps going off in side directions.
